A one day workshop for anyone acting or intending to act as an ECC Project Manager and those interested in understanding what this role involved. The role of the Project Manager is pivotal in any successful contract using the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). Delegates will:

• Gain a detailed working knowledge of the duties of the ECC Project Manager
• Learn how they contribute to the effective management of a project

Delegates who wish to attend this course should either have attended an NEC3: Introduction to the Engineering and Construction Contract course or will have been previously acting as ECC Project Manager on projects.
