About the course

PRINCE2 is delivered in association with Carnegie Enterprise who are a Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) for the delivery of programmes from the Office of Government and Commerce (OGC).

You will achieve a detailed and practical understanding of the Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE) project management method. You will learn how to use PRINCE2 for projects of all sizes and types, avoiding unnecessary overheads and gaining maximum benefit.

The course is likely to be seen as intensive and some evening work will be required.

You will be fully prepared for the official PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Exams, included in the course.
